Unfortunately due to
legal issues between Sun Microsystems the original developer of Java, and Microsoft, it appears that
Microsoft are no longer supporting the Microsoft Java
Virtual Machine with installations of Windows XP and other more recent MS
Operating Systems.
Please

implementing the migration from the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine to the
Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment.

need not be a problem for you; the Java Applets used on this site run
equally well under both Sun and Microsoft Java Virtual Machines.

This browser comes with
the full Sun Microsystems Java Virtual Machine, which will also operate
under Internet Explorer.

UK users can purchase a
copy of Personal Computer World, or PCPlus, both of which come with a
free CD ROM that usually includes a copy of Netscape 7.1
