Armeria
Thrift / Sea Pink

PLUMBAGINACEAE
Herbaceous Perennials

Armeria hybrida Bees Hybrids

Armeria. juniperifolia

Armeria are a delightful group of small clump-forming perennial plants, much appreciated for their fluffy, rounded flower heads during late spring through early summer, borne on the ends of upright stems and held above mostly grass-like mounds of green foliage.

Thrifts are most useful in the rock garden or as an edging to flower borders, but can also be planted in the spaces between patio paving, to soften the impact of so much hard landscaping.
